My hope this summer is to potty train my toddler. I really can’t believe I’m at this stage in life. Like I remember when she was first born and weighed 4 pounds!!! Uhh and now I’m potty training it just goes by so fast. My little teenage toddler lol
If anyone has any potty training tips I would love to hear them. Hug your babies it goes by so fast!!!
Potty training is hard. I had potties everywhere for a few days. Training underwear so they can feel wet. Water proof blankets for the couch. Rewards for going on the potty even if it’s a high five. I hope this helps
Agh!! Potty training!! It’s been such a challenge for me. My daughter is 16 months old, and I have been trying to get her used to the potty. Right before I change her diaper, I put her on the potty without a diaper. She hasn’t gone yet, but I’m hoping something will click. I keep it in the living room, and she thinks it’s a toy! She keeps knocking it over and taking it apart! I am definitely following this post to see if there are any other good tips out there! Cause I am just making it up as I go along here!
Do you think a cloth diaper would work just as good as training underwear? Is there a difference? Cause I have cloth diapers, and Im wondering if I should be buying training underwear.
Maybe playing the potty song in the back while you have her actually on the potty. With my nephew I’ll put him on the potty soon as he wakes up and he usually would go, and 15-20 minutes after meals. Hopefully everything works out, it’s a process but you got this
