A little pregnancy memory was finding out I’m having a baby boy! I always prayed and dreamed I’ll have a baby boy first so it’s such a blessing. I was scared because I found out super early through blood test about the gender and it said I was having a girl. I was sad lol then was starting to pick out girl names and things. A month later I had my NIPT test and confirmed it is in fact a boy and also confirmed from my gender reveal ultrasound. I was extremely happy but I also kind of knew because I took a peak at the NIPT results I couldn’t help it lol. But it was a good one, I was genuinely confused because it said both genders until the ultrasound confirmed.

Since we are spilling the beans - I too looked at the test before my gender reveal and tried to play it off like I had no idea!! I knew about 3 out of 5 before lol

My husband and I did a gender reveal for just us first with our first baby then we did a reveal with our family’s because we had to know 
then we waited with our 2nd and 3rd to find out the gender and surprised them all when they came to the hospital to meet the baby they tried to find out before they got there but we made them wait

The first is always like I need to know now lol. I may wait with the second for a gender reveal. But like you said the 3rd I will like to wait until birth to find out. I think that’s so interesting.

I did have a girl name picked out and everything, I was starting to think of all the cute stuff to put her in. But whew was I glad about confirming a boy.

Wow, that’s crazy that the first test was wrong! I’ve never heard of that happening. Looks like having a boy was meant to be!! I was just the opposite. I wanted a girl because this is probably the only baby we will ever have. I wanted a mini me that I could dress up and do all the girly things with!

Awww I hope you do get your girl, you never know what god has planned. Yes we were complete opposite, I didn’t want a mini me at all for the first baby lol. I’m such a boy mom type but eventually I will of course want a girl.

Yeah they say 99.99% accurate but it wasn’t for me. And it was a blood test too. I can’t get a refund until after baby is born and submit a birth certificate verifying he’s a boy. I’m like you can clearly see on the gender reveal. I think they just want you to forget all about it but I’m not lol
I think I worded that wrong, I did get a a girl lol. I get wanting a boy first though because he can look out for his younger siblings!
