My greatest advice is to do as much Self Care and you can possibly do! For your physical and mental wellbeing (I know easier said than done sometimes) But if you can, Take a long shower use essential oils take a long bath, go to a spa 
do some yoga and stretch!!! Buy the skin care brands that make you feel beautiful and get massages !! Go for a hike or walk, PUMP OUTSIDE IN NATURE 
anything that eases your pains and helps clear your mind will not only be better for you in pregnancy but help ease you into a speedy recovery postpartum as well as making you a better you because we care for others the best when we care for ourselves as well.

I’m not going to lie it was very relaxing!! And felt fancy for us as well but really was very affordable.
Now we are inspired to build a tub in our backyard hahaha

This was a place we got to go to but now we are INSPIRED!!! We need an outdoor bathtub like YESTERDAY!! Hahaha and a sauna imagine how nice this would be in the winter oh my GOODNESS

We actually have been planning on making one of those too for awhile now!!! We already got the extra feed container it’s all about how to get it to have warm water hahaha I want to plant sunflowers all around it too make it extra cutsy

I got lucky and my mans booked us a beautiful place to stay with a tub and sauna and I just so happen to always travel with a couple Momcozy bath bombs and steamers in case I need some good relaxation and boy was I glad I did hahaha
