One thing that I wish I had known as a first time mom was that flange size MATTERS! Having the incorrect flange size or flange type (hard plastic vs silicone) can make or break your journey. Sizing yourself close to delivery or after, with a sizing tool I crucial. I didn’t know this with my first, and it lead to low output. Once I sized myself with my second, third and 4th, my supply has been amazing!
