Today I did my morning pump and when I pulled of the bag there was not much there. It wasn’t until I stood up and felt soaked that I realized I had the bag bent right at the valve.(crazy how out of touch pumping makes me that I didnt feel the milk!) Basically everything spilled out. I immediately called my husband and bawled. He was so helpful in calming me down. Then also, I saw one of my momma friends here had a milk loss today and it helped me too knowing we are together and US mommas are all experiencing so much together!

twin! It was a devastating loss. we both bawled that day over spilt milk and can connect on that and somehow that does ease the frustration

It does!! It’s the feeling of WE ARE NOT ALONE! And that is why having support is so important.
Now…no more spilled milk ![]()
