My milk supply has been dipping lately. My period hasn’t start yet as well. 6mos pp here. Could it be possible that my period is nearly coming?

I have been through this too. My period has not returned yet, but my doctor mentioned it could be a sign it is about to start again. This is normal for many parents postpartum.
