Hello mamas,

Anyone dealing with sciatica pain postpartum? I was thinking my pain will go away after delivery but that didn’t happen.

I still have it 4 months postpartum :cry: it is so painful and I am thinking about getting the maternity ball set to help with it.

I have it 13 months postpartum. It’s not as bad as before tho.

I’d recommend seeing a chiropractor! Once I got readjusted my pain has pretty much gone away

Trust me I have one and this is helped me so much I had really and sciatic pain from pregnancy and it carried over into postpartum pretty bad! This ball helped me so much
