So I had always heard your boobs change with breast feeding. But I was NOT prepared for these nipple changes 🤣 like so big and rough and not symmetrical anymore. Thank goodness for care products. My favs are the Frida saline spray and the no-touch creams by MomCozy & Frida. These products are great for my sensitive nips.
