I would love to share the load with my husband. In the time it takes him to get ready, I’ve gotten the kids ready, packed the diaper bag, fed both kids and gotten myself ready. And we still are waiting for him to finish up. This mama just needs help getting everyone ready so we aren’t running late all the time.

Oh my goodness I feel this so much! My husband only gets 4 days off a month and I have to get the kids up and ready by myself and it is rough some days.

I try so hard not to be late!!! I even start early but I’m always rushing still!

That’s a lot for you to have to do alone. I’m always the one getting the baby ready and everything too. I have to start getting the diaper bag ready super early because I can’t forget anything. I’m an overpacker and it takes a long time sometimes. On the other hand, I can have myself and the baby dressed and ready to go in 5 minutes. I can’t stand being late either

I have the same problem! If I say we have to leave at 2, he will start to get ready at 2… Now, I always say we have to leave earlier to be sure to be on time

It drives me crazy when he does it. He always gets distracted by something while I’m running around getting everything ready. I even get the kids shoes on while he is getting dressed lol
That’s hard. Hopefully he helps when he’s off
Yea I try to be early then my oldest says he has to pee or pick the perfect toy to bring to the car lol.

I over pack too. If I know we are going out early, I’ll pack the night before to make it easier.

Ikr!!! Why does it take them so long to do so little?! And hat turtle cake design perfectly mirrors our husbands speed… slow and steady while you’re running a whole marathon!
