Hello, I am planning to invest in smart thermometer. Is it worth the hype?

I do like it …but I like it for my infant.
My 2 year old, fusses and rakes it off. The one time I was able to keep it on her, when she stood up, it did fall to the ground.
It does disconnect but if you have the box in your pocket , you can reconnect quickly.
Only where was ripped up pajamas on your infants because my infant did play with it when I had it on two piece it must’ve fallen out. I’m not sure.
