A friendly reminder that no matter what it looks like on your socials or at the park, some days are just hard. Your toddler throws down in target. They scream for no reason. The house won’t stay clean. The breast feeding didn’t go quite right. The food got burnt. You snapped at your kids.
Take a breathe. Look out the window. Turn on some good music. Order a pizza. Let it all go. One day, one moment at a time. No one has it together. We can try again tomorrow:)
This is such a comforting reminder. Motherhood is not perfect, and social media never shows the whole story. Some days are messy, exhausting, and overwhelming, but one difficult moment does not define us as mothers. Taking a breath, lowering our expectations, and giving ourselves permission to start again can make such a difference. Thank you for reminding us that we do not have to have everything together—we only have to take it one moment at a time.
