What helps me balance motherhood and my personal life is support, routines, and learning that I don’t have to do everything myself.
I’m a mom of three, a wife, an ER nurse working 12-hour night shifts, and an exclusively pumping mama—while still making room for goals and dreams of my own.
For me, balance isn’t about doing everything perfectly. It’s about finding little ways to make a very full life work. Wearable pumps help motherhood move with me, preparing ahead makes our days a little easier, and I’ve learned to use the small pockets of time I have to rest, study, and keep working toward my goals.
But behind so much of what I’m able to do is my biggest support—my husband. ![]()
He helps care for our three kids, washes my pump parts, and while I’m working my 12-hour night shifts, he bags and freezes the milk I pump. When I’m home, he makes sure I have time to rest and gives me uninterrupted time to study and continue pursuing my professional goals.
These may seem like little things, but when you’re pumping, working, studying, and raising three children, little acts of support become BIG acts of love. ![]()
The right tools and routines make motherhood easier, but having a partner who understands that I’m not only a mom—that I’m still a woman with dreams, goals, and a need for rest—makes the biggest difference.
I don’t have motherhood perfectly balanced. I have someone helping me carry it. And because I don’t have to do everything alone, there’s still room for me to grow, too.
For our three little reasons behind it all. ![]()
That’s how support makes room for both Mom and More.
