Finally made it to Texas, baby was moving at takeoff and a lil throughout the flight. Then had a two hour ride to the destination. Omg this is my first time seeing my feet so swollen and they itchhhhhhh. My feet have been itching for about a month, they were lightly swollen. But wow it’s so crazy seeing it in real time lol. First time mom shenanigans.

Same here, 1st time mom to be 31 weeks and my feet suddenly have started to swell. I try elevating them but they are not going down. Going to call Dr.

Yes to make sure it’s nothing serious. My cousin gave me a massage and it feels a lil better. My family was telling me soak my feet in warm water with epsom salt.

I made a trip to Texas when I was pregnant too!! I was 6 months along. I drove with my mother-in-law to attend my baby shower with the rest of my family. It was the first time I experienced feet swelling, and it makes so much sense now! I did ALL the wrong things according to that chart! The drive home was a nightmare because I had to drive with those swollen feet. It was so painful I was crying! The swelling stayed with me for the rest of my pregnancy. I hope your sweeping goes down and you get some pain relief. Try not to walk around too much if you can help it

Wow I’m 6 months lol. And omg the swelling stayed the rest of the pregnancy? I’m so glad the massage helped that my cousin gave me. But yes it was painful to walk. I even had compression socks on for the flights , it was fine until I took my socks off that’s when I noticed the swelling. Thank god it only lasted a day.

Compression socks help me, but try different socks? Maybe some are tight and some are loose idk

Yeah I might have to try some other ones next time. I got more for when I go back home next week.
