When does babies start teething. My kiddo has very tiny white bump in the gums. Interestingly it’s not the front teeth area.

1. Epstein Pearls or Bohn’s Nodules (Newborns)
If your baby is a newborn, these tiny, hard white or yellowish bumps on the gums or the roof of the mouth are extremely common. They are harmless fluid-filled or keratin-filled cysts that vanish on their own within a few weeks to months

Could it be an Epstein pearl?

My daughter started baby food at 4 months, but I didn’t actually see her teeth break through until closer to 7 months
