Have you used collection cups over flanges??

So today, I really really did not want to pump. I’m just exhausted with pumping and I’m getting burned out especially since my supply dropped and I’m adding extra pumping and just not getting as much as I like. I did not want to hook in flanges in the bra. So today I used my beautiful spectra accessory… the v2 collection cups. I don’t know why, but I feel so much more at ease whenever I use these. It’s so crazy to me that it took me almost this long to realize election kept for a thing or that this spectra hack existed.

I’m glad you found that spectra hack! I hated putting flanges in my bra It’s nice that there is an option to use the collection cups instead!

The flanges in bra just make pumping feel see restrictive.

I feel so much happier when I use them. I feel like a lot of mommas still don’t even know about them.

Is it easy to put the tube in? I have my M5 cups but it’s not easy to put the tube in.

I think it’s easy! There is a connector for the spectra pump!!

If I remember correctly, it comes with the connector. If you buy the collection cup set! Like 90% sure. It’s hard to remember since I still have stuff from my last pregnancy and because people handed some stuff to me.
