One thing I hope this Support List doesn’t leave out is the importance of having the correct flange size to remove milk efficiently when pumping to keep your supply up. Was never told you need to measure your nipple and how to measure it properly to get correct insert to use with your pump to pump efficiently and comfortably.

Hi, welcome to the community and yes, their correct flange is important. I was having issues with producing milk and once I updated my size it increased it significantly.
