Surprisingly your body just gets used to running on less sleep. Frozen dinners are nice to have because it’s hard to find time to eat, let alone cook. I keep the crib next to my bed so I can always check on my baby and hear her easily. Be prepared to feed and diaper your baby every 2 hours, day and night. They nurse a ton at first, so if baby is crying and diaper change, sleep, or attention aren’t working, feed the baby. A good rocking chair or rocking recliner is a must have, along with a breastfeeding pillow. The pillow saves your arms and back because you’ll be holding the baby a lot. Congratulations, by the way! How exciting!! I’m a first time mom too, and it’s been quite the experience. You’ll have ups and downs but that’s normal. Being a mom is the best thing that’s ever happened to w! You got this!

It’s such a special time I’m so happy for you!!!

It goes by extremely fast I blinked and my newborn is 3 months old, my middle is 3 and my oldest is 6! Enjoy every minute and soak in all the cuddles!
