Tip to worry less

Every mom has different body and the capacity to produce milk as well. We can only try to eat well and pump to make our body produce milk otherwise it’s a natural process if any more here isn’t getting enough milk please don’t stress about it. I have read that even if you are able to provide 10ml per day to your baby that’s enough and they can get all micronutrients from that. Rest you can supplement with formula.

Hope this helps

Yes!! I wish moms didnt put so much pressure on themselves over how many ounces they’re making. I’ve definitely had days where I worried about my supply and wondered if I was doing enough. Everyones body is different and sometimes you can do everything “right” and still not make a huge amount. Even if you’re only able to give a little breastmilk, it still counts. And if you need to use formula too, thats okay!! We’re all just trying to feed our babies and get thru the day :sob:

You are absolutely right! It’s so easy to get down on yourself. Some moms on social media make it look like you should be overflowing with milk, but in reality, most moms don’t experience this. That is an oversupply, and is not necessary for a successful breastfeeding journey
