Is anyone else having trouble redeeming their cozy coins for gift cards? Mine has not worked for a few weeks and I know they restock on mondays but I have tried multiple times and still can’t it says it is out of stock still

So even when they restock there is a limited amount so you have to be kinda quick! I’ve personally had the best luck at midnight EST !!!

I’ve tried too. I don’t think they released any yet. It said 333 redeemed yesterday too

I tried at midnight and every time I was up with the baby and it still said the same 
they might not have restocked yet it still has said the same amount redeemed for a week

I’ve been trying for the last 2 weeks. It’s so frustrating! I guess we will have to try at midnight like Jessica was saying. Grrr

I tried and every time I was up with the baby last night it didn’t work 
I didn’t know about that but I haven’t redeemed any this month I was waiting unti I had enough to get something

I brought this up during my interview on how to improve the website/app. The cozy coins won’t let us redeem and maybe we need a more detailed info on when it will be restocked because I have been trying for the past 3 weeks.

You can redeem once a day. But they only restock on Mondays and that’s not every Monday.

I have the same issue. I believe it has not been restocked in a while. I am seeing 333 redeemed for the last 2 weeks minimum.
