Water pump issue?

Has anyone else experienced issues with the kleanPal Pro throwing random errors related to water intake? I’ve had two separate units, and both have needed to be replaced for the same problem.

I clean them weekly with descaling tablets, do a deep interior clean, and run a vinegar cycle every other week. We also don’t use hard water, but I still want to make sure I’m maintaining it properly.

Is there something I might be doing wrong? We do run both machines heavily throughout the day, usually finishing the last cycle around midnight and starting again around 6:30–7:00 AM. Could overuse be causing this issue?

We have a lot of bottles, and I also wash pump parts in them regularly so these are super important for my mental health haha. I do love these washers they have been a game changer! Just wish they wouldn’t break down so often..

Following for a response I’m curious as well, ours was leaving black stuff in our bottle but we ran vinegar and that helped a lot

I didn’t have any black spots, when the pump does pull the water it works as it’s supposed to. When u start the pump
You can hear from the sound of it, if it’s going to have that issue or not. The pump doesn’t sound like it’s running.

NAEE- Honestly the bottle washer is the best thing we bought! I would highly highly recommend it. It saves you those few extra minutes to take care of yourself or spend a little more time with you baby. It took the stress of constant bottle and pump part cleaning off my myself and my partners shoulders. Momcozy has been exceptional in their help with any issues that have come up with the washers also.

Yes I’m super excited to purchase. Just trying to see if someone gets it off my registry first, if not I’ll def be purchasing.
