What has helped you lose weight? I basically lost weight during pregnancy and then gained a lot postpartum, it’s very difficult and guess I don’t know what I expected once I began breastfeeding.

I did the same thing and I am trying to drink lots of water and eat more protein and eat healthier options. Also trying to go on more walks with my kids

When I was pregnant, I would walk 30 minutes each day even at work during my lunch break. I did work out a lot just to kind of help me prepare for labor however, my daughter was still delivered at 40 weeks in one day. 😭

Now as I’m almost year in, I still continue to work out even if it is at home I sometimes watch YouTube workouts videos and I use my gym. I primarily focus a lot in eating healthy as well as drinking a lot of water.

I know that my body will never be the same as it was before, but I am proud of my stretch marks because I did create a little human being.

I wish you the best in your postpartum journey. ❤

I think giving your body time to heal and just hydrate will do wonders

I like walking too I know it’s hard to get out some times but for me I try mostly for my mental health

this was me my last baby, I was 4 months post partum but looked 7 months post partum! It wasn’t until I weaned that I started to loose weight

Give yourself grace mama! Try eating more healthier while still getting the calories you need!

I found skipping meals and not eating enough made it worse. Making sure I got enough calories not just for myself but for my baby too made a difference. Choosing healthy over processed. Doing breathing and stomach exercises to bring my muscles back together made a world of difference.
