How do you breast feed while you’re working? I’ve tried to feed in my computer chair but it’s awkward and I have to hold my boob with one hand and then I can’t be really productive… tips?

I do but I’ve got this bad habit of holding my boob for baby so they don’t pull or loss the boob( doing it not now). I’m reliant on it and so is he. I may have to tough that one out for a bit until he figures how to suck harder lol
I do get 2 very short breaks but not long enough to feed sadly. So I figure in my lap would be better. I can Altair feed him on my 30 min lunch though

For sure! By law, they are required to let you feed so if you want to, you can! My babe guzzles so eats in like 5 minutes haha

I’ve also seen moms do it with sling carriers but my babes were so big I don’t think it’d work

I would breastfeed my baby while working and in meetings. I use the Breastfriend Nursing pillow. It straps around your waist and is firm. I would angle the pillow on my desk so the baby was facing my breast. I hope this helps!!
