There’s nothing better than a walk in the fall enjoying the crisp air and leaves changing! I took my daughter on a good long walk today and she looooves taking it all in. I even had the chance to do a little thinking and clear my head that has been spinning since finding out I’m pregnant again, and today was just what I needed to slow down and be mindful​
