Every breastfeeding journey is different, and after 3, I’ve learned that my worth as a mom isn’t measured in ounces and you don’t need an oversupply to successfully breastfeed. As long as your baby happy and fed, that’s what matters most. I am currently 6 months into my 3rd journey and I have been able to produce enough milk to feed her without having to supplement with formula like i did with my other 2 and that is a huge accomplishment for me always being a just enougher and for the first time I was able to freeze a few ounces of milk!

Yes! Someone’s keeping track just causes more stress and a dip in supply. Once you just go with the flow without tracking it makes it go much smoother it seems!
