One tip I have is to celebrate your wins!! I realized today that my twinnies turned 6 months last week and I celebrated that but not that I’ve been breastfeeding for that long!

This is such a beautiful reminder! We often celebrate our babies’ milestones and forget to celebrate ourselves too. Six months of breastfeeding represents so much love, dedication, patience, and sacrifice—especially with twins! You should be incredibly proud of yourself. Congratulations to you and your twinnies, and thank you for reminding every mom in this community to recognize how far she has come.
