Hello mamas, my fan arrived. A strange question: I thought the fan had a light, but mine doesn’t light up.

Do you have the stroller fan?
It should light up! Try holding the button! If that doesn’t work I would contact support - momcozy@support.com

If it’s the clip on I believe it doesn’t have a light but if it’s the stroller fan it does

You hold down the power button until it comes on. If it’s not working, you might need to exchange it
