Yessss girl, having a routine after every feed really does make things feel a little less chaotic 
Especially when you’re doing feeds and pumping all day long and you’re running on no sleep lol. My bottle washer has been such a lifesaverrrr for me too, I honestly dont know how I’d keep up with all the bottles and pump parts without it. And YES to asking for help!! If somebody wants to wash bottles or hold the baby while you pump, LET THEM We do not need to be doing every single thing ourselves!!
