Absolutely!!! It’s a balance that I’m still learning as well
Hopefully you get some time to do something for yourself soon it is so important to be able to have that to refresh!

It can be so hard sometimes! I hope you are able to find a money for some me time. Even simple things like washing my face before bed are all I have time for, and I just feel so refreshed afterwards
