Join us for a cozy morning with fellow moms at the Babylist Showroom in Beverly Hills on Thursday, July 30, from 11:00 AM–1:00 PM.
Together, we’ll slow down, reconnect, and enjoy a few moments of self-care through:
• A gentle postpartum yoga ball session led by a certified PT
• A DIY essential oil roller to take home
• A guided body-mapping activity designed for reflection and connection
• A Momcozy Cozy Gift Bag for every attendee
More than anything, this is simply a chance to spend time with other moms who understand this season of life.
We’re keeping the gathering small (around 20 moms) so everyone has space to connect. If you’d like to join us, we’d love to have you.

I wish we had opportunities like this in my home state of Massachusetts! It would be amazing if there was a Zoom option so those of us who live farther away could still follow along and participate.
