Let me introduce myself

hi, i’m Fernibel but everybody calls me Ferni and before i became a mom, i was… honestly, a little wild.

i loved to dance, go out, have fun, dress up, try new restaurants, and basically enjoy life as much as possible.

i’m still that girl. motherhood just added a baby, a pump, and approximately 847 things to my daily to-do list

i’ve always loved fashion, korean skincare, watching tv shows, discovering new restaurants, eating out, and cooking at home but preferably with a big glass of wine in my hand. i’m also a HUGE Harry Potter fan. like… if you ask me what my favorite thing ever is, the answer will always be Harry Potter. (my house is :snake:Slytherin).

then i became a mom, and suddenly my world revolved around this tiny chunky little human. i wouldn’t trade him for anything, but somewhere along the way i realized that being a mom doesn’t mean i have to stop being me. (it’s been a hard work)

that’s actually what momandmore means to me.

i’m a mom, but i’m also Ferni. i’m the girl who loves to dance, get dressed up, obsess over skincare, binge a good show, cook, eat somewhere new, and still gets way too excited about Harry Potter.

i discovered Momcozy during my breastfeeding journey, and it became one of those things that made me feel like i could be a mom AND still have a little piece of my old life… especially when pumping seemed to take over my entire day.

motherhood changed me, but it didn’t erase me.

i’m still here. just with a baby on my hip.

This hit home. :yellow_heart: As a fellow mom who also refuses to let motherhood erase me, your “still that girl, just with a baby on my hip” line is everything.
I totally get the pumping-days-take-over-your-life feeling, and it’s so refreshing to hear how Momcozy gave you back a bit of your old rhythm while still honoring your new one.
Thank you for putting words to what so many of us feel but don’t always say out loud. You’re not alone—there’s a whole community of Fernis out here, dancing through motherhood in our own way. :sparkles:

girl.. this is going to make me cry! omg, what a precious way to express your feelings. thank you so much. it’s been so hard sometimes, but being a mom is amazing. i wouldn’t change that for anything! thank you for your words. :people_hugging::pink_heart:
