I need help with my Momcozy M5.
While pumping, after a few minutes the cup filled up very quickly without me noticing, and it seems that milk reached the motor unit.
Right after that, I heard a “hissing” sound, the screen started flashing, and the pump turned off. It still charges, but it no longer works properly.
Has this happened to anyone before?
Were you able to fix it, or did you need a replacement motor?
