One thing I would tell a mom starting out on her breastfeeding journey is to check out the blog on Momcozy’s website! They have some informative information from the experts on breastfeeding, pumping, milk storage safety, etc. they have a baby care,mom care, pregnancy, baby milestones and challenges section. It is definely a great resource and worth checking out!

Oh yes I adore that section it helped me so much when my son was a newborn and still very informative to this day
