I had some issues with my momcozy m5 part contacted the team and they are sending me out a new pump but upgraded from the last one so a M5 smart. Really grateful I have twins in the NICU and rely on pumping so the team doing this for me has been a massive help. So grateful and highly recommend momcozy to anyone

Yes they have a very good customer service. My M5 came with some odor and they are even willing to replace for me. But after a couple days, the odor disappears so I didn’t ask for a replacement. Good customer service though.

I think their customer service is amazing!!! I’m grateful they are so quick to fix an issue at least in my experience
