My challenge this week is my daughter starts getting playful while I’m nursing her to sleep. Like she will almost be asleep while nursing and then her eyes go wide open and she practices talking with my nipple in her mouth. It’s pretty intimidating! Then she lightly bites my nipple and tries to make it into a game. I’m getting really good at noticing when she is getting in that playful mood now so I can remove her from my breast in time
Breastfeeding is a roller coaster 
it definitely changes from one day to the next. I try to remember on the hard days that it’s enough and focus on the good days and celebrate the small wins!
