I wear my baby while working out. Usually while doing aerobic step exercises, 15 min standing hitt workouts, and sometimes when walking. I look up the workouts on YouTube and use baby girl as weight, she loves it and usually falls asleep despite all the movements.

I also play educational music/music and sing along to her when I can’t think of anything else to talk about or start feeling like I’m talking to much :sweat_smile:. Sometimes she will coo and laugh along. We love kunda and friends (our favorite is the phonics song) and we also like the spin of jools tv songs.
