My Breastfeeding Experience: What I Learned1

Breastfeeding was both beautiful and challenging for me. The first few weeks were the hardest—latching issues and sore nipples made me doubt myself. Getting support from a lactation consultant really helped, and I also started using the Momcozy M5 when I needed flexibility.

The wearable design allowed me to pump hands-free, which made nighttime sessions and busy mornings much easier. It helped me maintain my milk supply while giving me the freedom to move around.

Most importantly, I stopped comparing my journey to others. Every mom and baby are different. With the right support and tools, breastfeeding became a more comfortable and confident experience for me.

Breastfeeding is different for everyone and it is so hard not to compare yourself to others especially when you see all the post with people pumping and getting alot of milk and you feel like you are not getting enough I have been there but I had to look past that and realize I am making enough for my baby and she is fed happy and thriving and that is enough for me! Thanks for sharing your experience
