With my first celebratory Mother’s Day coming up, I’m planning on getting together with my mom and my grandmother to celebrate them as well. My husband has offered to make dinner for us all, and of course I asked him to make my favorite meal, salmon with a side of asparagus and mashed potatoes and he instantly said yes, no questions! It feels so good to have a partner that wants to help and support all the moms in his life, especially since he lost his own mom when he was young, I know this holiday hasn’t always been a pleasant one for him. He still shows up for me though, knowing how meaningful it is. MotherhoodSupportMatters

We are! I just moved to a different city right before giving birth and I miss them so much because I used to live down the street. Funny though I’ve probably seen them more now that I moved. Distance makes the heart grow fonder
