One of the biggest reasons I am able to continue breastfeeding is my husband’s support. From the very beginning, he never pressure me to exclusively breastfeed. He even allowed me to feed the baby with formula only if I want. He always reminded me that a healthy and happy mom was more important than how the baby was fed.
Also, My husband couldn’t pump for me, but he found some ways to help. He brings me water and snacks, and hold the baby while I pump. Those small acts made me feel like we are doing this together.
