What makes me feel like myself is simply showering. Better said than done, my lil baby been having more wake cycles and wanting to be held more often. Then when he finally goes down for a nap, I tend to take the opportunity to nap too so I won’t burn out. My Momcozy shower steamers also makes it soooo much better for the best reset. momandmore
