Since summer is already here and my babies struggle with eczema, going outside in the heat has honestly been a big challenge. Keeping them at a comfortable temperature is so important to help avoid flare-ups. One thing that has truly been a lifesaver for us is our handheld cooling fan
It gives me peace of mind knowing I can take them out without them getting too hot or uncomfortable. Such a simple item, but it has made a huge difference for our summer outings

My son has eczema as well it was so bad until he was 2 and he is almost 4 now and it is not as bad as it was so hopefully he will outgrow it but your right it is so much worse In the summer. He has a flare up now and It breaks my heart for himI wish I could take it away!

I feel you, my 2 year her eczema gets really bad and when she was a baby I used to cry and blame my self so much because like nothing will help her I will be at the way till 3-5am doing research about what can it help I try to many creams and nothing will work till I did a mix of oils and change her milk to less lactose and it help her a lot more and well now maybe also because she is growing its also getting better- I really hope that they outgrow this because its heart breaking seen them with the flare ups amd we cant do much

Our pediatrician gave us a cream that he had to use for 2 weeks and it cleared him up completely and then they did bloodwork to test his allergies to see what was causing flare ups

I have one of those in my cart being my baby boy will be coming in the hottest month. They really do come in handy, I’m also going to get one for the top of the stroller where I’ll be pushing lol. Glad it’s working out for the little ones and they can still enjoy outings.

Yes but the creams they prescribed have steroids and well my babys skin is already so sensitive and with those creams was just worse I had to keep looking, but I am so glad that it work on your baby

Yes you should get them I also have the one that you put on the carseat they really come in handy

I understand that completely the creams that they prescribed at first didn’t do much and I finally had enough and said we have to do something he is miserable and the creams are not working. He suggested the last one and it helped because I was over the steroid creams

Love this tip! I use their fan to keep myself cool while pumping during the summer and of course have one for each of my kids, their fan is awesome!

The Momcozy fans are great! I have the green one. I’m thinking about getting the clip on stroller fan they make for my daughter, and I’ll take over the one with the bendy legs. My daughter keeps messing with it because she doesn’t understand why it’s there. I’m hoping the clip in one will work out better because it won’t be in her way as much. Your kids are soooo cute!

Yes the clip one will work much better I ended up getting that one as well for my baby because she will go the same thing play with it or try to kick it hahaha so I have two purple ones and the clip one its a mini one by the way but its strong - and thank you

I’m glad to hear the clip on one works better in regards to baby not messing with it. I think it was just in my daughter’s way of trying to look at everything. That’s awesome that it’s powerful. We definitely need something like that for the summer heat! I actually just ordered it!
