One thing I truly appreciate about my husband, and that helps me so much, is that he always takes care of washing and sterilize my pump parts at night so I don’t have to think about it the next day. I just have to take them out of the sterilizer 
This also allows me to prep a bottle so he can have a special moment with his son, while I get some rest. It feels so good.

My partner was the king of washing pump parts and sterilizing everything when he was on paternity leave!!! It’s such an amazing thing to have that kind of support
