My husband and I will be traveling with baby to go see my husband’s family. We live in an area where there’s very few direct flights, so we’ll be having at least a small layover. We’re looking at 8 hours total for the trip there, and then about 12 hours total for the trip back. Baby will be close to 7 months old by then… What are some tips or tricks to traveling with a baby in airports and on airplanes?
If able to defs BF/feed baby during descent/ascending to hopefully help your littles ears!
I’d juggle wether to baby wear or just have a nice travel stroller (like a Momcozy one that fits in the overhead compartment).
There are some apps that show where there are nursing rooms… sometimes it is just so nice to “hide” in there lol to take a breath away from ~people~ haha.
don’t be afraid to ask the flight attendants for anything ! even a simple cup can help entertain your baby or just snacks to use as like a crinkly toy haha
I haven’t traveled In a plane with our kids but commenting so another mom can help!
Ohhh I’m not sure yet we haven’t done a flight !! But plan to for Christmas so following along for tips aswell
I appreciate your reply! I’ll have to keep all of these tips in mind! Thank you so much!
Christmas is when we’ll be attempting for the first time as well! Good luck to you!
