Tips to help baby sleep when sick

Hi everyone! Being a mom again to a little one, I remembered how heart breaking it is when your little snuggle bug has a cold. :anxious_face_with_sweat: A tip I thought I’d share with the community is what I do to help provide a little bit of comfort as my little one when they have a stuffy and runny nose besides rinsing and using a nasal aspirator. I make sure they get elevated while they sleep so the postnasal drip doesn’t go into the back of their throat & cough which causes them to wake up. I take a bath towel and fold it under my babies crib mattress on the side where their head is. My baby’s a rollie pollie so I can’t have the mattress to elevated because it would make him roll to the other end of the crib. Also at night is when the stuffy nose is the worst, I would take him into the garage where the air is cooler which helps his nose open up. I only go in there for five minutes. Would love to hear what other tips and tricks you’ve used that help your little one be comfortable enough to sleep when they have a cold. :two_hearts:
