After 5 weeks of using my M9 pumps, the motor went out on one. Although this was a huge inconvenience, I reached out to customer support, explained to them via email the issue (they responded within 24hrs.) and with proof of purchase, and a quick 10-second video, the sent me a brand new pump at no cost.
