I use the M5, and so far they’ve helped me express up to 7 oz from both breasts. It doesn’t hurt; you just feel a small pinch. The motor noise is louder compared to other pumps, but it’s worth it. Good luck with your search, mom.

The wellness 1 has really nice heat and massage
I am about to get a M9 but haven’t tried it yet
All in all my absolute favorite is the Air1
