14th wish Part 1 (most important)

I wish that every mom who’s is struggling with postpartum or just struggling in general know they are not alone that it’s normal that they aren’t bad moms they are just human. I want every mom to be wrapped in a warm cozy blanket

and know it’s going to be okay and you are doing great and you and your baby are beautiful!!! You did that!!! And you are continuing to do :sparkles:THAT:sparkles: you are seen and you are appreciated I’m so proud of each and every one of you

This!!! I hate that moms feel that way because they are doing the most important job and are so special and loved! I wish so much that they didn’t feel depressed

Me too with all my heart me too!!! But with that being said it only makes sense if you think about everything our bodies did and are continuing to do on top of the mental load of it all! It’s unfair and I just wish I could wave a wand a make it all better for every mama out there

Thank you for saying that, you’re so sweet. Everything you said is true. The mental overload is intense. It has gotten better with time, but it’s still there. My brain is always imagining the “what ifs” so I can be prepared for any situation. And still things happen that I don’t prepare for! It’s so frustrating! It feels like I should be able to prevent every little accident, but I can’t. Thanks for making me not feel so alone in this

I feel this so much like every little thing that can happen I blame myself even if it’s not my fault!

No problem mama!!! We all need to hear it even me! I think when I write this out I’m speaking to all the mamas out there but I’m also speaking to myself
