As a first-time mom, my postpartum journey has been both rewarding and challenging. One of the hardest parts was not having family nearby to help support me. It was mostly just my fiancé and me navigating everything together while adjusting to life with a newborn. There were days when I felt overwhelmed, exhausted, and unsure of myself.

To help maintain a healthy mindset, I relied a lot on music and simple workouts whenever I could find the time. Those small moments helped me feel more like myself again and gave me an outlet to manage stress. Physically and emotionally, recovery has taken time, but I am learning to give myself grace and celebrate the small victories. Connecting with other moms and hearing their experiences has been incredibly helpful during this season of healing, growth, and adjustment.
