Accept help when is offered

As moms, we often feel like we have to do everything ourselves. But one of the biggest lessons I learned during my breastfeeding and postpartum journey was that letting others help doesn’t make you any less of a mom it gives you the chance to rest, heal, and be more present for your baby.

Whether it’s someone bringing you a meal, folding laundry, watching the baby while you shower, or simply checking in with a text, every little bit of support matters.

I know not everyone has a big support system, but if someone offers to help, say yes. And if you need help, don’t be afraid to ask. Motherhood was never meant to be done alone. :white_heart:

Yes, getting support in postpartum journey is one of the best things for mothers!

Guilty of doing this!! Not asking for help. Thanks for the reminder !!

I couldn’t agree more. Sometimes it’s hard to ask because we think we are supposed to have it all together; truth is no body has it all the way together and there’s nothing wrong with that!
