As moms, we often feel like we have to do everything ourselves. But one of the biggest lessons I learned during my breastfeeding and postpartum journey was that letting others help doesn’t make you any less of a mom it gives you the chance to rest, heal, and be more present for your baby.
Whether it’s someone bringing you a meal, folding laundry, watching the baby while you shower, or simply checking in with a text, every little bit of support matters.
I know not everyone has a big support system, but if someone offers to help, say yes. And if you need help, don’t be afraid to ask. Motherhood was never meant to be done alone. ![]()
