Another thing that supports me a lot is back-up care (in home nanny). Sometimes I feel like I want to have more rest so I booked in home nanny for one day. They passed background check and certified. I’m satisfied with most of them~

Yeah, but these nanny are certificated and they passed multiple background check.~ I know mom is always the best and sometimes we cannot even fully trust grandma lol. But we also need rest sometimes.

Some company/insurance may provide benefit on it that you only need to copay a small amount! How amazing!

Sure!! For example my benefit is that copay $6 per hour but limited to 200 hours per year. It still helps!! But just caution that if baby is around 6 months, they are able to recognize strangers… but I didn’t have issue when my baby was around 3 months!
