Mother hood supported

Support always seems to come when I least expect it. So grateful for my best friend who called to check up on ME. Not to check in on the kids, not to even ask about life in general but she simply wanted to hear my voice and make sure I was well. This really made my day and I felt so supported because I am The one who usually checks in on others and at times my cup does run close to being empty and to know she was thinking of just me was all the support I needed:two_hearts::two_hearts::smiling_face_with_three_hearts::smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

The greatest feeling is to actually be checked on by friends, family and anyone in general. Because you’re right when kids come in the picture, it’s like you fade out sadly, the parent just don’t get checked on as often. Not intentional but it just happens. So glad your bestie checked on you and that you’re doing good. Kept doing amazing and don’t forget a lil Self Love &Care every now and again. :heart_hands:t5:

What a great friend! We all need friends like that. Everyone is always checking on the baby, which is great and all, but us mamas need to be checked on too. A lot of the time, we just put on a smile and act like everything’s fine when we are actually struggling. It’s so nice to be checked on!

It is nice to know some one cares and took the time to check on you, it definitely means a lot when you are used to being the one to check in with everyone. It defiantly makes you feel seen.
